i'm so shocked that twiggy and i have been doing this for 30 days! i feel so proud that i actually care about what i eat now and i work to get the body i will love. i will weigh 94 pounds!
for brunch. i make egg whites and put skim milk mozzarella cheese on it. i also made a smoothie-esque thing with a banana, an apple and a cup of 2% reduced fat milk. this was probably the best and most filling breakfast i've had ever.

for dinner. i had one cup of mashed potatoes and 3 oz. of pork tenderloin. reheated and put about 1/2 a cup of gravy.

after dinner snack. i was watching some tv and snacked on some grapes! had about 25.
