    <content type="html">i'm so shocked that twiggy and i have been doing this for 30 days!&lt;br /&gt;i feel so proud that i actually care about what i eat now and i work to get the body i will love.&lt;br /&gt;i &lt;b&gt;will &lt;/b&gt;weigh 94 pounds!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;u&gt;&lt;b&gt;for brunch.&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/u&gt;&lt;br /&gt;i make egg whites and put skim milk mozzarella cheese on it.&lt;br /&gt;i also made a smoothie-esque thing with a banana, an apple and a cup of 2% reduced fat milk.&lt;br /&gt;this was probably the best and most filling breakfast i've had ever.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;calories so far.&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;+51.&lt;br /&gt;+90.&lt;br /&gt;+90.&lt;br /&gt;+80.&lt;br /&gt;+122.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;total=&lt;/b&gt; 433.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;u&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;for dinner.&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/u&gt;&lt;br /&gt;i had one cup of mashed potatoes and 3 oz. of pork tenderloin.&lt;br /&gt;reheated and put about 1/2 a cup of gravy.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;calories so far.&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;+237.&lt;br /&gt;+139.&lt;br /&gt;+61.5.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;total=&lt;/b&gt; 870.5.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;u&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;after dinner snack.&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/u&gt;&lt;br /&gt;i was watching some tv and snacked on some grapes!&lt;br /&gt;had about 25.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;calories so far.&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;+50.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;font color="#ff0000"&gt;&lt;b&gt;grand total= 920.5!&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/font&gt;</content>

    <content type="html">&lt;b&gt;NOTE- &lt;/b&gt;there was a mutual agreement with emily and i, to give ourselves a bit of a meal gift. we are now allowed to have one (portioned) meal free without any fear of betraying project gemma&amp;amp;lily. this gift is allowed every week to have &lt;i&gt;one &lt;/i&gt;and &lt;i&gt;only one&lt;/i&gt; get out of jail free card! of course, these are to eat meals which you have to eat with the family, birthdays, large gatherings and it's unavoidable and understandable! we're not starving ourselves, we're eating healthier. so, to end this long note to you, we enact the &lt;b&gt;get out of jail free card&lt;/b&gt;!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;u&gt;&lt;br /&gt;for breakfast.&lt;/u&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/b&gt;stumbled out of bed and i realize that i don't have time to make cream of wheat.&lt;br /&gt;ever.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;img alt="" src="http://i233.photobucket.com/albums/ee181/ccclassy/september20breakfastlunch001.jpg" /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;frosted mini-wheats, half of the serving size with 2% milk.&lt;br /&gt;only half the serving size; 12 little mini wheats!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;calories so far.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/b&gt;+100.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;font color="#ff0000"&gt;&lt;font color="#000000"&gt;+&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/font&gt;122.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;total= &lt;/b&gt;222.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;u&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;for a mid-morning snack.&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/u&gt;&lt;br /&gt;yeah, in the middle of homeroom, it's dead silence, save for my munching and wrapper noises from my special k bar.&lt;br /&gt;i made a comical face, too. :]&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;img alt="" src="http://i233.photobucket.com/albums/ee181/ccclassy/september20breakfastlunch004.jpg" /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;it was alright, eh. it's something to have to wane the hunger.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;calories so far.&lt;br /&gt; &lt;/b&gt;+90.&lt;br /&gt; &lt;b&gt;total= &lt;/b&gt;312.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;u&gt;&lt;br /&gt;for lunch.&lt;/u&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/b&gt;i made a banana sandwich with wheat bread paired with lemon flavored water.&lt;br /&gt;it wasn't too good, the banana was too ripe.&lt;br /&gt;it smelled too sweet!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;img alt="" src="http://i233.photobucket.com/albums/ee181/ccclassy/september20breakfastlunch002.jpg" /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;i didn't eat a quarter of it. wasn't too hungry by that time of day anyway.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt; &lt;b&gt;calories so far.&lt;br /&gt; &lt;/b&gt;+90.&lt;br /&gt;+180.&lt;br /&gt;+5. (water)&lt;br /&gt;-67.5.&lt;br /&gt;  &lt;b&gt;total= &lt;/b&gt;519.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;u&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/u&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;u&gt;for an afternoon snack.&lt;/u&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/b&gt;we decided to stay after today, regardless of the fact that our club meeting was canceled.&lt;br /&gt;we walked to coldstone and everyone, except me, had their amazing, mind-blowing ice cream.&lt;br /&gt;it was painful to resist it, but i didn't feel like i would miss it too much.&lt;br /&gt;ice cream = pure fat.&lt;br /&gt;my friend even said that, "you look unhappy with that."&lt;br /&gt;i shrugged. but then i thought positively, think of the future in those amazing dresses!&lt;br /&gt;i felt so proud!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;img alt="" src="http://i233.photobucket.com/albums/ee181/ccclassy/september20breakfastlunch003.jpg" /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;it was good, i liked it and i felt proud of eating it instead of ice cream.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;  &lt;b&gt;calories so far.&lt;br /&gt; &lt;/b&gt;+90.&lt;br /&gt;   &lt;b&gt;total=&lt;/b&gt; 609.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;u&gt;&lt;br /&gt;for dinner.&lt;/u&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/b&gt;using my &lt;b&gt;get out of jail free&lt;/b&gt; card.&lt;br /&gt;my mom made ribs and mashed potatoes.&lt;br /&gt;had some diet sunkist, too.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt; &lt;img alt="" src="http://i233.photobucket.com/albums/ee181/ccclassy/september20dinner.jpg" /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;only had two ribs. didn't finish my sunkist.&lt;br /&gt;but i did have a lot of mashed potatoes and gravy.&lt;br /&gt;i &lt;b&gt;will &lt;/b&gt;miss that.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;calories so far.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/b&gt;+------.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;total= &lt;/b&gt;+1500?</content>
